Expression For Growth, which has bought a freehold office there, was established seven years ago by Alex and Veronique Selwood at their nearby home. It provides bespoke development workshops and one-toone coaching for staff of well-known organisations and companies such as Kimberley Clark, RBS, L'Oreal and Pernod Ricard. "'Victory Park ticks all the right boxes for all of us, especially as the airport is just down the motorway," said Alex, who spends much of his time in Europe and North America. "Expression for Growth has grown from a cottage industry-type operation to a growing player in personal development So far 11 of the 14 self-contained offices at Victory Park, a £14m flagship scheme completed last July by UK office parks developer, Business Homes, have been sold. "Expression For Growth is another go-ahead company that has made Victory Park a hub of business excellence," said Simon Houlston, chairman of Leeds-based Business Homes. The scheme is being jointly marketed by Hughes Ellard and King Sturge. |
