The success of the 3.52-acre site by Business Homes Midlands, a joint venture between Hortons' Estate and Business Homes, highlihgts as unprecedented level on interest since construction first began a year ago.
It also reflects the continued strong demand for out-of-town office locations.
The dozen self-contained office buildings, ranging in size from 1,500 sq ft to 12,154 sq ft, has been developed on a freehold or lease basis.
Only one unit now remains for sale, with what the agents descibe as flexible letting opportunities for the last three units.

Commenting on the decision to lease a 3,057 sq ft unit, Hill International director Roger Jewell said: " Being situated in a thriving business community in the Midlands was a big attraction following our relocation from Tamworth.
"The close proximity to major transport links is also a major bonus for our employees as the Business Park is situated off junction six of the M42, or junction four of the M6 and is very close to the NEC, Birmingham airport and rail station."
Russell Woodward, director at Mirus Management, agrees with his new neighbour when it comes to the attractive location and is impressed with the high standard of office space that Business Homes Midlands in offering.
"Mirus has rapidly expanded over the last few years and so we needed to find a suitable working environment to support and develop the company's growth" said Mr Woodward.
"When unit three became available on the Business Park, we snapped it up because it is fully DDA compliant, has its own entrance and highly impressive state-of -the- art audio and CCTV security system."
The new occupiers will be able to rub shoulders with some of the UK's leading brands including Orange, DHL and Fujitsu which are already on site at the Business Park.
Rob Blyth, Chief Executive of Hortons' Estate said: "We are thrilled with the success at Brimingham Business Park and the fact that we are almost full up to capacity.
"This is the joint venture's third major development in the Midlands, more recently we have had success at Villiers Court in Meriden where we built 29,400 sq ft site in 2006 and quickly let or sold all of its eight units."
