| 15.05.08 MORE TENANTS FOR BUSINESS PARK Yorkshire-based office developer Business Homes has attracted a quartet of new occupiers to its multi-million-pound St James Business Park in Knaresborough.
With six buildings either sold or let, only four units now remain available at the self-contained two storey office building.
The latest new arrivals are Clarity Copiers, one of the UIK's largest distributors of digital copier-printers; sports medicine firm Arthrocare; insect control solutions company P and L Systems; and Technology Sciences (Europe), the multi-disciplinary consulting company. Nicola Westlake, associate director for Business Homes said: "The level of enquiries in Knaresborough has been, and continues to be, very high.
"In particular, we are receiving interest from a number of businesses looking to move out of unsuitable space in Harrogate, into more cost- effective modern facilites." Return to previous page |
