BUSINESS HOMES SETS SAIL AT SOLENT

Construction teams are on site this week, hard at work ensuring the new Business Homes office scheme in Solent, for which there are already five pre-sales, will all go according to plan.   

Specialist small office space developer, Business Homes Ltd, has teamed up with Mason and Partners to develop the ‘Victory Park at Solent Business Park’ located at a significant property hot spot for businesses in the region.

When complete, the development will provide 15 buildings ranging between 1,324 and 6,168 sq ft, all of which will be two-storey and self-contained. They will benefit from having ample car parking facilities as well as 24hr CCTV security and tailor-made telecommunications and broadband connected to the development.

The development is one of a few in the area that caters for the smaller occupier and gives the choice of being able to buy or rent buildings.
