BUSINESS HOMES EXPANDS AT HAYFIELD

Following the success of phase one, Business Homes and joint venture partners, Maple Grove Developments are pleased to announce that building work has started on the second phase at Hayfield Business Park, Doncaster.

Being based adjacent to Robin Hood Airport, in one of Yorkshire’s most significant property hotspots, has undoubtedly been key to the success of phase one, with two buildings already sold and only two available to buy or rent. Completion of phase one is due November 2006 and phase two will complete early in the New Year.

Phase two will consist of seven quality office accommodation units ranging from 1,250-5,000 ft2 (123-465m2) all of which will be two storey and self contained. Demand is already high with two units sold, two units under offer and four units remaining to buy or rent.

Business Homes Ltd and Maple Grove Developments Ltd are overseeing the expansion plans, and construction team GMI are working hard to hit the expected completion date of phase two, at the end of March 2007.
