| 23.05.07 OFFICE UNITS ARE OPENED Liverpool Daily PostBusiness Homes, the developer of small business accommodation, has completed its first Merseyside development at Liverpool International Business Park. The development formally opened on May 15 with a breakfast launch for property agents. The scheme includes nine self- contained, two- storey office units ranging from 2,648 sq ft to 6,168 sq ft. Units have the potential to be split to provide smaller floorplates from 1,324 sq ft. Six are already sold and businesses will be moving in in the coming weeks. All of the units are based on the Business Homes model. Each unit offers designated free car parking in a low- maintenance, secure environment. |
