The Yorkshire Property Awards at Rudding Park near Harrogate saw a raft of teams and developments from right across the region recognised for their achievements in helping to promote the Yorkshire property industry. Here are all the winners and shortlisted nominees in full WINNER: GMI CONSTRUCTION Along with the likes of Shepherd and Scarborough, GMI is one of the genuine heavyweights of Yorkshire property and proved a very popular winner of the Best Contractor award. The Leeds-based firm, led by Peter Gilmour, is now in its 22nd year and has built up a lengthy list of blue-chip clients. Thorpe Park, the third largest business park in the UK, has come together under GMI's steam, while KeyLand Developments and Business Homes are also regular clients. |
