Park this week welcomed
its hundredth
occupier as Control
Instruments (CI)
OmniBridge and Silvent
became the latest businesses
to join the park.
Owned, developed and managed
by international property
group Goodman, the agreements
marks the success of
Birmingham Business Park
as a business environment
where more than 8,500 people
are now employed.
CI OmniBridge, whose core
business is to provide a range
of fleet management products,
services and information
primarily to commercially
utilised vehicles, has
signed a ten-year lease taking
3,758 sq ft. Silvent, who produce patented
compressed air
nozzles, safety air guns and
safety silencers, have agreed
to take 1,159 sq ft on a five
year lease.
The latest agreements
bring new arrivals to
Birmingham Business Park
to five this year, after
Business Homes, Miller
Homes and the Home Office
signed up in February. Both
companies are international,
with CI OmniBridge having
additional offices in
Germany, the United States •and
South Africa and Silvent
from Sweden.
Lynda Hackwell, head of
community and economic
regeneration at Solihull
Council said: "This -announcement
is great news for
Solihull and confirms that
the Borough is a prime location
for growing businesses.

Silvent as they settle into the
