The business park is generally considered to be one of the premier office developments of its kind in the South East and the latest development goes to further strengthen that view. Property agents S.R.Wood & Son Ltd have secured the instruction to find a tenant for the ground floor of Building 11 at 731 Capability Green, whieh totals 3,087 sq ft.
