| 12.07.07 BUSINESS HOMES SECURES LETTING AT WINNERSH FIELDS Business Homes has let the first floorof Unit two at its newly completed six unit office development at Winnersh Fields to Seachange. Seachange, a digital video system provider, has leased the premises at a rental of £26 per sq ft per annum with two months rent-free period. "The first occupier deal on any new scheme is always the most difficult but to achieve a rental over the quoting level of £25 is fantastic" commented James Weedon, managing director (Southern) of Business Homes. This deal means there are five and a half units remaining 1,324 - 6,168 sq ft - although a further one and a half units under offer and there is interest in the remainder.
