| 20.12.07 READING CHRONICLE (BUSINESS) Business Homes has made its first letting at the newly completed six unit office development at Winnersh Fields.Seachange, a digital video system provider, has leased the first floor of Unit Two at the rent of £26 per sq ft per annum. James Weedon, managing director (Southern) of Business Homes said: "The first occupier deal on any new scheme is always the most difficult but to achieve a rental over the quoting level of £25 is fantastic." There are five and a half units remaining of 1,324- 6,168 sq ft- although a further one and a half are under offer and there is strong interest in the remainder.
