| 08.01.08 FIRST LET AT FIELDS BUSINESS Homes has announced itsfirst letting at the newly-completed six unit office development at Winnersh Fields. Digital video systems provider Seachange has leased the first floor of Unit Two at a rent of £26 per sqft per annum. James Weedon, managing director of Business Homes for the South, said: The first occupier deal on any new scheme 13 always the meet difficult but to achieve rental over the quoting level of £25 is fantastic." There are five and a half units remaining of between 1,324 and 6,168 sqft, although a further one-and-a-half are under offer and there is strong interest in the remainder. |
